I would like to build a shed made from pallets, size 6x4 or 8x6. How many pallets will it take Roughly ?
How is the best way to start ?

Sorry for the question but i would rather  recycle the wood from the pallets
then buy an expensive shed from the shop

The shed on my original plot(I have moved) was made out of 14 foot pallets.

I cannot remember how many but it depends on how easy you manage to take the pallets apart and keeping the wood in one piece.

Another plot holder did most of the work and he started by putting some breeze blocks down and making the floor. Then the corners posts went up.Followed by the front side and rear and then the roof.

Wish I had taken some pictures as we went along really.

I think,if I remember rightly it cost me about £130 pounds including all the nails, felt, hinges and glass etc.

There is one design for a pallet shed shown here if it helps.

Why did I spend £400,000 on  a house when I could have built one for nothing on my allotment?

If you have designs it looks like you can do anything with pallets, i've forwarded to my husband incase he decides he might like to have a go.
