Did anyone catch the Saturday kitchen programme this week? Jamie Oliver did an excellent taglitelle recipe, and he used a potato peeler to peel the parsnips and added the thin strips to the dish. Looked like a fab way of cooking parsnips! Has anyone else got any unusual ways of cooking parsnips?
