Well thats what i was told they were called

I got these given some 10 year ago A bunch of 25 or so, i think they are called Russian onions because they rush all over the garden. I thin out at the end of the year and take at least 4 full carrier bags to the club to give away and still left with the above. They grow all year round so i am never short of them even pull them at Xmas. When i want some i just lift them take of what i want and put the rest back and they grow again.

Tee Gee

They look like what I would call 'Welsh Onions' but I like your idea of 'rushing'

As I see it; whats in a name if they taste alright!!

Funny you should say the Tee Gee one of the lads said his father grew them and he thought they were Welsh Onion.
I love em as they are nice and strong, only trouble is if you eat to many in one go when you go to the toilet your backside goes down for a drink.
