oops silly me forgot about the supersprouters!

I put 2 supersprouters in spare room about 4 weeks ago, seeds were sown into damp compost and then left unwatered... obviously nothing has come up - do you think if i start watering will they come up or shall i chuck the lot and start again?

If they srated to germinate they won't, if they never started they will probably
