Cucumber frame height ?

I am growing some Marketmore cu's and I gather I need to grow them up a frame, does anyone now how high the frame should be ?

I go for around 4' height. The cucumbers then tend to go sideways for another 5' but a frame that wide would support 4 plants...
... To be honest, it doesn't matter that much ;D
