Tiffany ans Carmen Cukes, really rapid

This is the first time I have grown Tiffany Cukes, they are growing alongside Carmen(which I know), Sunset and a couple of oriental ones. The Tiffany and Carmen ones are growing so fast, they are neck and neck , both have two large fruits on which will be edible in about a week at the rate they are going. I know Carmen quite well but this year they are growing extremely quickly.


Are the plants going to burn out fast too??

They sound woth a go Jeannine. Were they expensive? I haven't done too well with my cucumbers and they are so expensive to buy per seed aren't they.

The Carmen was ridiculous, amost £7 I think, but I only ever get them on sale or as freebies, the Tiffany I think were three or four. Look on the T&M site as they both came from there. If you buy from T&M they usually give you the most expensive packet free so I always pick Carmen . This year they had both in their 50% off sale and still you got the freebie. It is worth watching for. XX Jeannine
