It's great to be back on my allotments and it is definitely improving my health, thanks to all of you who have sent messages of support  to me during the last few weeks they have been a great source of encouragement to me, I have posted my progress of the past week for you to enjoy, thanks Steve.

Hi Steve, glad you are getting better now  been in your situation and think you have done the best thing in concentrating on your own lottie, i love clicking onto you blog about your lottie and what you are doing on it it make's me go and sort my lottie out and also give's me great idea's.
