Anyone know what this is ?

This has been growing in my front garden and haven't a clue what it is  ???
It's suddenly produced these stems which look like maybe a flower  ??? they are about 7ft tall  :o
Anyone know what it is please  ;D

The flowers look lovely  :o ;D Oh! bother,l had so many dotted around the garden that l've moved and dumped them around the garden to fill gaps recently,just to plonk them somewhere  :-[ :-X thought they were boring  ::) this is the first time l've seen a flower evolving  :o ;D
