Advice on french beans

Hey guys

I got some Rocquencourt French beans from a seller in the US.

I planted them about 4 weeks ago in half plastic bottles and had them on the kitchen windowsill (which doesn't have the greatest amount of light). They have all been growing really well.

In the last 2 days a couple of them have not looked so good. I may have been a bit over zealous with the watering in the last week. They started to droop a bit, and now 2 of the leaves are looking very yellow. I have taken a pic to see if anyone can help.

I think it may be to do with over watering, but I have not watered them since they started to droop and they have not improved.  :-[

We had a similar thing happen to our cucumber plants, and we presumed that it was just the old leaves dying. The rest of the plant looks healthy so maybe the yellow leaves are just the old ones?

Are they getting too cold overnight, sat on the windowsill?
They look exactly like what has happened to the cues I sowed too early, and had to put out to the GH to slow them down. They (cues) have definitely got too cold, as the GH is not heated.

I guess they do get quite cold at night. Yesterday I moved them into the front room to give them more light, as I thought this was part of the problem. So they should be warmer at nightime now.

Although the rest of the plant might appear healthy the leaves are very droopy and lifeless. Compared to my other bean plants which always have pert leaves.

I put one plant that was slightly larger out in the garden in a larger pot, made a 'tripod' around it with 3 sticks and it seems to be doing fine. I also put a couple of seeds in pots out in the garden, but they don't seem to have shown yet and it has been just over a week. The plant in the picture was germinated in the house, so I guess they like a bit of warmth.

I have noticed today, my 2 indoor bean plants have tiny little pods on them!
