Squash Sweet Oven,info anyone????????

Hi, I recently was given some Sweet Oven Squash seeds. I have tried everywhere I can think of to get some specific info on them and am drawing a blank, can someone help me please XX Thank yiu Jeannine

They are Spanish seeds, did they come from me Jeannie?? well they are a big squash with greenish bumpy skin and lovely looking orange flesh. I'll see if theres more info on the packet

Thanks Biscombe, I like to do a bit of info in me squash file and can't find this one anywhere,do you remember what company? I don't think I got them from you but would appreciate the help.

This is nothing to do with squash seeds but as a new member I am delighted to hear that the forum can be used as a swap shop.

I was given some RHS experimental seeds last year of runner beans that produce pots between  2 and three feet long and if they grow am willing to share them.  I have about 100 seeds which is more than I need so if anyone wants to try some let me know via my web  site.

Hi Biscombe, well I broke down and ordered , cos like the potato crisp advert,"you can't just take one" So I have a really silly order coming across, more squash...much more squash..more beans amd a few toms.

I am so proud on myself as I have now logged all my stuff on to my laptop, go on ask me anything. I know exactly what I have.

Blue Hubbard,...I have Baby Blue Hubbard but not the full sized one. It might have been on my wish list as it is one of the ones in transit. That brings my  squash/pumpkin collection  to 78,  my first love, crazy eh!!

Mind you I am way behind you with toms,(my second love)

I have about 1/3 rd of those up in plants now.
