Good luck!

Eileen.

P.S. Just looked at Dan's suggestion - much better than mine!

You could keep mine handy though just incase there are any other little disasters LOL.

Try a little bicarbonate of soda on a cloth.  Don't think it should be damp but, if doesn't work first time, then try with very, very slightly damp one.  Try on part of sofa that isn't seen first, just to test an area.

After that, thinly applied dubbin (horseriders will know what that is) or saddle soap will give it a protective barrier.

Ceri

now your suite is gorgeous again - just remind kids and all never to sit on said cream leather in jeans - on of my dearest friends has a cream leather suite, which has gained faint denim blue clouds where the dye has transferred - nothing on earth has got it out!

Does the biro incident give you all rights over son-in-law?  i.e. transferring some of his diy skills to your lottie.  You know blackmail is such a dirty dirty word!

Hi Ceri YES i have told him he owes me big time ;D ;D.
Thanks for info on jeans i shall act upon that from today.
Ceri has your friend tried hair laquer ??use sparingly 2 or 3 times it
was fantastic ,and a nervous breakdown prevention kit LOL.
see you .
