Nettle manure

Any help to my first post would be appreciated.

Have just started brewing my first batch of liquid nettle manure. Have moved it away from the neighbours fence as I have been warned of the smell that is about to come my way. I know you should dilute it down before use until it looks like tea but how often shoud I use it? Everytime I water or once a week or does it depend on what I am watering - I plan to use it on the whole garden, veggies, summer pants, bushes etc. etc.

I use comfrey liquid (similar concept - and smell) once a week
