Daffodils ... please open!

OH and i are having a barndance tonight with about 80 people, on Thursday bought tulips and 50 bunches of Daffs, how can i get the blighters to open, they have been in water and are basking in sunshine (wish  i was on the plot!!!!!), since i bought them and only 20 are open, they need to be open by tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!help........

Try putting them in very warm conditions, shelf above the radiator or suchlike, best of luck!

I thought this was about growing the d**n things.
I hate them, I finally managed to eradicate them from my garden last year.
