Hi everyone,

Things are really growing well in my kitchen.

The Aubergines are looking really good, took two weeks to germinate.

Also have some Thyme growing. I tried this last year in the garden but it would not germinate, but this time on the kitchen windowsill it has only taken a week.

The Leeks are also looking really good, but unsure if i need to transplant them to other pots or can just grow them like this till transferring them to the plot.

And last but not least, my pride and joy a Garten Perle tomato plant i started off mid January.

Its looking amazing and now has the great tomato plant smell. Cant transfer it out yet as its still way too cold, so just gonna see if i can grow it on the windowsill for a while longer.

Around a month ago i also planted a Rocket seed potato in a bucket in the cold greenhouse, just to see what would happen and checked it today......there is growth and quite a lot !!!

Not taken a pick yet coz it started to raining.

Also went to Wickes today and bought 4 bags of 80ltr compost for £10 !!!!  Perfect for all my tomato plants.

Good pictures - my aubergines and chillis are up as well, but the leeks in the cold frame outside are taking forever. The tomatoes are in the propogator and shoul be up soon - but will I have enough window sills to contain them all!

yeh i have run out of space too and have resorted to growing more in the garage next to the heating boiler.
