stuffed squash

i fancy stuffing a squash (i saw it on dr alices programme last night and it looked yummy).  i am looking for a good combo of veggie things to stuff a butternut with. am thinking...pine nuts... some kinda cheese.. anyone have a tasy recipe?

I think it was here I found out you could microwave the squashes whole to start off with, which is probably the single most useful thing about this veg I have learned. :)
