A friend of mine brought me a fig from his holidays and he said it is Nepal mountain fig. What do I have to do to grow a tree from the seeds?

Thanks in advance,
Maria

Hi Maria
Let me try a reply and tell you what I would do.
If you can't google how to handle this specific fig, I would look at the climate and soil conditions in which this plant grows. Then I would try to imitate these conditions, at least approach it as close as possible. Pop in the seed and wait.
Sometime this works, sometimes it doesn't. You have to experiment.

Some seeds I found in Indonesia germinated when I copied the circumstances in which they normally grow. They became plants that were supposed to be cocoa, but are totally unknown to me.
I also found seeds on a beach. The only one that germinated was the one that was put in a weak lemon juice solution (to mimic going through a stomach). Unfortunately it died when it had two leaves and I still don't know what it was.
Still other seeds did nothing at all.
The fun is in trying. Looking for possibly relevant factors and solving the puzzle.
