Pumpkin muffins

Made Pumpkin muffins today. Very tasty :)!



Ingredients:

1 egg
115g butter
225g brown sugar
225g pumpkin puree (mine was made with roasted Marina di Choggia)
200g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
60g currants
4 or more tablespoons of milk to get the right consistency

makes 12-14
