Calcium Tablets

Just  had our 11 month  GSD --Spayed.
So  I  presume she now needs a supplement of Calcium--daily, because she won`t  eat anything but Fresh Tripe,( tried lots of Dried  & Wet food), which doesn`t  contain Minerals.  Am I right in thinking this ? ?
Can any person whoose had there Dog spayed,suggest any make of Minerals in the UK and what Shop.

my hubby spent years working with dogs mostly whippets when they were spayed they just had meals cut down as they put on weight easier they didnt get any supplements . when our 2 whippets eat fresh tripe there butts stink couldnt cope with them eating it everyday ;D
