Does anyone know anyone that will deliver manure in the west berks / south oxon area? Cows or Horses (prefer Cows though). Our allotment secretary used to organise a delivery - but he does f'all now.

I'd like to know where to get manure delivered in Leicestershire, it needs to be able to be delivered on site, some places won't because of access.

Pity you aren't all closer to us up here in County Durham.........we have absolutely tons of horse manure that nobody seems to want!!!

Ooooh Money_Bunny, you might be my new best friend!!!  I live in & have a lottie in Burnopfield - and have been wondering where I might get some manure from (am a bit embarassed to go to a stables & just brazenly ask for it!)

Would you have be willing to deliver it?  (Not sure how happy OH would be about me shovelling poo into his car!)

About 8 tons of the stinky stuff was dropped on my plot yesterday.

Hoping the wife will have moved it by the time I get home... ;)

I want to get some poo for my lottie but how much should I get? My plot is about 20ft wide and 80ft long. How thickly is the good stuff spread?
