Trip to Prague and The Stefanik Observatory

Just back from a 5 day trip to Prague, what a lovley city.

Had a great time and visited the observatory with housed some giant telescopes.

Managed to get some scope time with them too!  Viewing the sun in H-Alpha for the first time with the biggest scope was great.  At least there was stuff to view on the sun.

I was supposed to visit Prague in 2002, but does anyone remember the massive flooding there that year? That was the weekend I was sposed to go  :-\
