I ordered some plants from Dobies which were out of stock, so they kindly sent me some complimentary mustard seeds.  But there aren't any instructions!

Any suggestions?

Think it can be used as a green manure if you do not want to eat it. Sow generally on spare ground and leave through the Winter and then dig in.
