Harvest suppers

Just testing posting pictures but thought it might help to share pics of meals made with our harvests - I got the idea for these courgette pikeletts from this site and they were very good.

That was a really good courgette recipe, wasn't it? I've done loads of them for the freezer. Wish I'd been as organised as you with my lettuce sowing :(

The lettuces are all reaching for the sky now but they taste ok so we are still eating them but I wonder why when they go like that they also get really dirty.  One of life's little mysteries! ???
