Have sewn my japanese onions straight into the ground. Ive put the lot in so we will have to eat an onion evryday of the year except for I week if they all come up.lol

Our Lottie shop says they will be in for the bank holiday weekend... will be putting in about 200.

Yes I am expecting them during that week too. I will be planting up to 300 I think, plus 100+ cloves of garlic, and 50 elephant garlic.

I read that they don't store so well - or is that just with sets? Only planted half my packet of seeds so maybe I could fdo the other half...
