Crabapple Jelly

I'm looking for a recipe for crabapple jelly to use up some of the very large crop on my neighbours tree

Boil 1lb of whole fruit with half pint of water until soft
Put through a jelly bag or a muslin cloth and leave to drain over night.
Measure the juice and allow 1 pound of sugar to one pint of juice.
Boil rapidly until it sets as in normal jam making procedure.
