When to pick super fresno chillies

Hi

Another question to you garden gurus, I am growing super fresno chillies and wonder if anyone can advise how big they grow, and do they turn red.  If so when should i pick them.

They grow to about 2 - 2.5 inches, are quite thick at the stem and do turn red eventually. I start using them green as soon as they look like chillis and carry on all season.
