Pepper advice

i have planted hungarian hot wax this year - the name should have spelt it out for me really but i thought they werent going to be hot, you know. just a litle warm. so anyways, the plants look well, they have loads of peppers on them which look lovely - trouble is they are really quite hot for peppers, rather like a chilli.

i would like to grow something equally prolific next year, i.e. makes loads of pepper babies per plant etc, but with less heat. does anyone have recommendations? bell peppers didnt work for me last year, i am happy with thin longish varieties....

I like Fushimi it produces hundreds of cayenne looking sweet peppers.

I have found Gypsy very good over the years. Produces lots of peppers which can be eaten like apples straight from the plant because they are so mild.
