Cucumber going bananas in this heat..........not literally of course!

Indoor Cucumber plant is thriving in this heat.  Has now hit the roof of the greenhouse and is trying to go horizontally across the ridge.  Do i pinch out the growing tip?

No don't think so--just let it keep going and arrange some sort of support across top of greenhouse, keep pinching out the lateral branches after 2nd leaf.
