brown leaved horsechestnuts

Has anyone else noticed this on their local trees?

I live in Northwest Kent and lots of our horsechestnuts show a rust like browning of the leaves - the trees look quite sorry for themselves and was wondering if our horsechestnuts were in for a dutch elm episode
