Why not have a go at saving some seed from the yummy little toms?  I enjoyed the tastiest beef toms every last year and scooped some of the seed onto a napkin, dried it out, planted the napkin in spring and 19 lovley little plants have grown, they are all quite big now and my one in the greenhouse has it's first fruits, I have no idea if the tom was a hybrid or not but I am looking forward to the surprise!  It could be like it's parent or either of it's grand parents.
I have not encountred Dolce Rossa before but I think the name translates as sweet red, sounds more like a varity than a company name to me.
Maybe somebody more experienced will have a better idea.
