Boozy cranberry crumble

Last autumn, after I'd finished using my fresh cranberries as a 'pulp' base for making cranberry wine and I'd decanted off the nicely-fermenting liquor, I couldn't bear to waste the fruit so stuck a crumble mix on top of it and gave it a good bake. Not something for the fainthearted, but definitely a delicious treat!
