How to chit?
For light or tiny seeds like carrot and parsnip, sprinkle the seeds on a damp flannel* and watch for the first sprouts
For bigger seeds like morning glory or beans, soak 4 hours to overnight first
:D

*kitchen paper will do. just keep it damp
