Onions - opps just found two boxes of last years!! need to use them asap!

We thought we had got through last years onions very quickly.
I had a hunt in the garage today and found two BIG boxes of onions, still in reasonable condition.
I desperately now need to use them up as I am sure they won't last much longer.

Would love a recipe for caramalised onion chutney, or anyother yummy onion recipes!!
