Fruit Gin Leftovers

Have just read the Bramble thread, some ideas that we use the residue for
Damsons, (Sloe Gin) cut stones from fruit, mix with chopped nuts eg almonds and cover with dark cooking choc, dollop into Petit four cases, affectionatley known as DogTurds but soon scoffed. The alcohol can cause a bloom on the choc if left for any length of time.
Soft fruit ripple through soft ice cream with a fork, can use a blender but will need some time in the freezer to firm up again!
Enjoy!, but not if you are driving!
