I use net curtian on the inside, works for me
also I have used emulsion paint you know the test pots you can get any light colour last was a pastle green very posh
watered right down and brush or sponge on.
Once dry its fine and with washing up liq and warm water comes off realy easy.
Cheap and cheerfull me.
