liquid from composting leaves

I have just been sifting out some well rotted privet clippings which are stored in a plastic bin.  This bin does not have any drainage holes and a fairly tight lid.  At the bottom of the bin there was about half a bucket of brown sludge.  Can this be used a liquid fertiliser and should it be diluted? There were a fair number of compost worms in the bin.

I have three black bags out the front with leaves in and the bottom one is leaking out some brown stuff. There were going to the allotment but can't put them in the boot now like that.

i vote yes, bu if watering with it, dilute.
i had a slurry bag last year - all the nasty roots from the bad perrenials, tied up and forgotten. it stank to high heaven and i sliced the bag and let the liquid drain into t bed, where i mixed it with the soil. i.e. i didnt use it to water directly. so it's up to you. general fertiliser not close to the plants, or dilute and use on the plants
