Brussell Sprouts

I have a load of brussell sprout seedlings in my greenhouse about 2"-3" high....when is the best time to put them out...and at what sort of spacing?

I would let them grow a litle bigger harden them off ...Then plant them out in  mid May in firm ground about 18 ins apart....  Cheers .Jim
