How much chicken manure to use?

Am working up some old garden beds and have some 4 year old bagged chicken manure. How much manure do I put on each bed? They are 1.25 meters by 2 meters. There has been nothing put on them in years.

I used the bagged pellet'd stuff for the first time this year when digging, due to a lack of cow manure.

I put some in every other trench, about one trowl's worth for each 7/8ft of trench.
