Ahh lovely pic Lorna and funny too  ;D   I just adore cats but also have a soft spot for GSDs as my grandmother always had them so grew up with them.

Merlins Mum. We have also had three GSD's but my favourites have always been my labs.(it's ok Elsa is snoring, wouldn't want to upset her!!) Funny thing that I have loved our big dogs yet I am terrified of any dogs owned by other people regardless of size or breed. Took me six years to go in to John's house but when invited for Christmas dinner after Charlie died  I made friends with her. She is lovely.

I'm glad Lorna, they are such lovely dogs and so loyal.  My parents also had one when I was younger and she always watched over me I feel.  My second choice of dog would be a lab funnily enough.  Had one not long after we were married and he was my constant companion for 16 years.  I lost a part of me when he died :'(
