Another Black Plastic Question

Hi Folks,
Being new to the use of black plastic sheeting I have another daft question.Do you place it shiney side up or down ?.I keep thinking of all sorts of scenario's Reflecting heat deflecting heat,moisture if shiney side down.any advice please.

I agree with Bun it shouldn't matter. 
Anything black tends to absorb heat whereas things that are white reflect the heat back.  That's why when it is very hot in summer you will feel less hot is something white. :)
