Strawberries

Heyup. Just bought 2 lots of strawberriies from Wilko's, Ostara and Honeyoye. The packs as usual are not very informative. I think it says plant out in Mar- Jun thats above a month away. Any ideas?

What you have there Notherner are potted runners from last year. Don't put them outside yet, they'll die due to probably having been kept under cover all winter. Best bet is to re-pot into new compost and keep them well away from any frost and heat. Late March is quite soon enough for out-doors after a week or so in a cold frame.

Cheers. Wifes going to be well pleased with 6 Strawberry plants in the kitchen. To think i'm supposed to be softening her up ready for all the seed trays and propogators on windowsills. Again why sell the bug!!&s in January

I've repotted now they are in sat in the kitchen. Could i keep them in the garage? Or do they need light?
