DIY on....

I can see that the 'DIY On....' thread is going to get cluttered by understandable requests for 'how to do it' and reasons why; So, to allow discussion and suggested improvement on advice or ideas without it ending in a mess, from today I'll post any of my DIY hints as a seperate thread for each DIY idea.

My heading will be 'DIY on bird-boxes' (Or whatever the subject is.)

Any sideways chat will at least be concerned with the main subject matter. Hopefully those interested in a particular idea will be able to go straight to it or find it using the search facility without having to trawl through pages of hints to find the bit they want and then still having to trawl to see if there are additions to their interest further down mixed in among other bits.
Lots more of you will come forward with 'make & mend, cost cutting ideas to share with the rest of us. Won't you....? :)
