What to grow & when to sow?

www.gardenaction.co.uk put in your own postcode and it sets planting times etc for you.

I use that one myself as well.  A god site.  Alternatively if you go to the seed catalogue pages you can often find specifics for seeds/plants or a planting guide by month - eg see link below.
