Hmmmm I dont really know. But what I would do is this. I would find some free smileys of the internet. Then upload them to your blog space or to say photobucket or what ever then use the image html code. Example -:

{img src="http://www.this-is-where-the-smileys-are-hosted.com/smiley.gif"}

Delete these { } and add these < >

I think that should work.
