Hello all,
I am going to have a go at growing veg next year.
But the ground where I want to grow it is really poor(full of roots and stones etc). So i've decided to grow it containers. ???
But as im a novice I could do with all the help and advice from you friendly bunch.
Like, what is the best veg to grow in containers?
My hubby is going to build me some trough like containers, not sure what kind of size they would need to be?

Many thanks in advance.

Many Thanks for the reply Wardy :D. Ive shown my hubby your pic (to give him some ideas). Ive been out and got myself a compost bin today, (I know its probably the wrong time of year to start it buts in place ready to go). I got some seeds catalogue in the post and they had some big containers for potatoes, might get some of them and grow other veg in homemade troughs. And get some grow bags for some tomatoes.

Donna X :)
