Edible art - I like it.  Assuming the white veggies are squashes - what sort are they?

Are patisson, just over grown patty pan?  I have a three that have grown to amazon sizes...  I did not know that they could be still edible.

The french ( Provence) Patsson is the same thing as the american Patty pan, just a different colour. Patisson is white with a slight green  in it.
Best eaten when small. :P
Also called "The Priest's bonnet".
