Diabetic blackberry recipes

I am about to embark picking on the thousands of blackberries that I never knew I had on the lottie  :-\  which have suddenly appeared.  I need really good recipes for jams/chutneys that I can make if anyone has any.  Diabetic ones and sugar-laden ones I would be quite happy with.

you can buy diabetic jam sugar - similar to the jam-sugar you can buy (which has pectin added to normal sugar). the diabetic version is either made entirely from fructose (beware, large quantities give you the sh*ts - i.e. scoffing half a cake like my dad once did ;))or a mix of fructose and maltose which is a sugar that is slow release so suitable for diabetics. it also usually contains pectin for good measure.

this kind of stuff was found readily at all good shops - in germany. i hope they do a similar version here?!
