Herb drinks/beers

Hi folks,
I'm new to the site and to allotmenteering.  Having lots of fun in my first year growing veg and weeds. 

Just recently made some ginger beer using a recipe from the site and it was wonderful not sickly sugary like supermarket drinks.

I was wondering if anyone had any recipes for non/low-alcoholic herb drinks or beers.

As the alcohol comes from the sugar in the recipe, reducing the amount of sugar will reduce the alcohol content, so any recipe with less sugar should do the trick.
