You're allowed to in Birmingham; several people on my site have chickens.

I phoned the council to day and they give me a few numbers to ring around.
and i got my self sorted this evening,a 10 min walk from were i live and i can keep poultry only £36  ayear so iam
made up.
needs work but ive plenty of time on my hands and it will keep me from being under wifes feet ;)
