Anything to observe before signing the contract?
« on: May 13, 2005, 18:28:40 »
 Hi all.
My partner and I are in reciept of the contract for a council allotment and before signing I wondered if there's anything for us newcomers to be carefull of?

 Regards.

 Thank you northerner.
I've checked and we have a double tap at the end of the plot. I've yet to find if there's any rulings or ill feelings about timed dripper systems, so I plan on my own header tank if OK. Shorter periods running a hose between plot ends is the idea.

Everything in the contract looks ok, I just didn't want to regret not asking. The forum seems to be an active one so I thought to ask a good crowd before I read a "you should have asked" post  !

I have them helping with some clearance (fingers crossed) after the 'your on your own' rule came in, so it shows a little flexibility which is better than none.

I just didn't want to be signing into it blind.

 Thanks again.
