Dermatitis from Courgette plants

I don't step out of the back door without gloves - thin cotton inners, thin vinyl outers. I've got totally used to gardening in them, I even sow seed like that. At first I missed the feel of the soil, but hey, no itching, no dirt under my nails, no cat poo hands.... My worst itch-maker is comfrey, when I pull that now I wear button-down sleeves as well. It's a dangerous game, gardening!

Tiny Clanger:
Yep! My hands and wrists suffer when I've been picking courgettes. Its almost like fibreglass in hte attic the way it irritates the skin.  I can see why you've got dermatitis from it  :blob7:.  x
